Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You may sign in using Apple Sign In or other identity providers we support; their terms apply to that authentication step.
• One person, one account. We may suspend or terminate duplicate accounts.
• We may verify your identity at any time. Failure to verify may result in suspension.

Each bilnr garment is numbered, NFC-chipped, and tied to a unique serial within a tier of a drop. Tiers are: Cosmos (entry), Orbit (standard, invite-only), and Nova (collector, vouched). Numbers are finite. Once claimed, a number is reserved permanently to the claimant's account, subject to these Terms.

Claiming a number requires (a) an authorized purchase from bilnr or a permitted transferor and (b) NFC-tap activation by the claimant. The act of tapping the chip is the act of taking ownership of that number.

• All prices are listed inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. Prices may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
• Payment is processed by our payment partners (Stripe, Razorpay, or successors). We do not store full payment-card details.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and inventory. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms).
• Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the carrier address you provide.

Numbers are non-refundable. Once a number is claimed, the claim is final and cannot be reversed by refund. If a garment arrives defective or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bilnr.com with photos. We will assess and, at our option, repair, replace, or refund.

Pre-shipment cancellations may be available within a short window stated at checkout. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

Every bilnr garment contains an NFC chip linking the physical item to its digital profile. Chips on Nova-tier garments use NTAG 424 DNA with cryptographic anti-clone authentication. Tampering with or attempting to clone, swap, or alter a chip voids any associated digital ownership and may breach these Terms.

Free chip replacement for life: if your chip stops functioning through ordinary wear, we will replace it at no cost. Your number remains yours. Damage from tampering, modification, or gross misuse is excluded.

You may transfer ownership of your number(s) and the associated garment to another verified bilnr user using our peer-to-peer transfer flow inside the iOS app. Transfers must be conducted in-app to be valid; off-platform sales are not recognized as transfers of digital ownership.

• A transfer fee equal to 5% to 7% (as displayed at the time of transfer) of the agreed transfer value is collected by bilnr.
• Transfers are final once confirmed by both parties. We do not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers beyond the in-app flow.
• Bulk transfers (more than 10 garments per quarter) require prior written approval to prevent commercial reselling.

The Services include gamified engagement mechanics: experience points (XP), leaderboards, streaks, badges, vouching windows, and the nightly Roll Call. XP, badges, and tier status have no cash value, are not your property, and may be adjusted, reset, or removed by bilnr to address abuse, system errors, or policy violations.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, infringing, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services beyond what is permitted by law.
• Manipulate XP, leaderboards, taps, vouches, or any other mechanics (including automation, bots, or coordinated multi-account use).
• Counterfeit, clone, or misrepresent the authenticity of any bilnr garment, chip, or number.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or abuse other users, our staff, or third parties.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexual, violent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Resell access tokens, invites, or any non-transferable benefits.

Violations may result in account suspension, number revocation, and legal action.

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, captions, posts, comments — "User Content"). You grant bilnr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), publicly display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Services. This license terminates when you delete the content, except for backups and content others have already shared or referenced.

The bilnr name, logo, designs, the numbered system, the Cosmos / Orbit / Nova tier names, the manifesto, and all related marks, designs, and content are the property of Adalwin Commerce LLP or our licensors. Except for the limited license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.

The Services integrate with third parties including Apple (Sign In with Apple, App Store, Apple Wallet, Apple Pay), Stripe, Razorpay, shipping carriers, and Meta Platforms (Instagram, Threads, Facebook). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their actions, downtime, or policies.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Adalwin Commerce LLP or its directors, partners, employees, or agents be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to bilnr in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 10,000. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adalwin Commerce LLP and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the integrity of the Services. You may close your account at any time by following the steps in our Data Deletion Instructions. Termination does not refund completed purchases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified to you in app or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
